[Pending further testing] 404 error on new install

    I'm sure the tree structure of the folders is correct and htmlform.html loads into the browser, but when I submit the form I get a 404 error. I'm using IIS and PHP is enabled. Appreciate any suggestions. Thankyou.

    After discussing the problem by mail and some testing we came to the conclusion that probably the problem is in the configuration of IIS and PHP files
