[Solved] Fatal Error When Attempting to Access Database

When I try to access my forms php data base, I get this error:

The form itself still works, it's just I can't access any database info. I have another form I made that works just fine on the same site.

But WHY DOES MY php link still give me errors?

Could you do the test with the database completely empty? For this rename the folder 'db' (to 'db-old' for example) and copy back the folder 'db' located in the. zip where you download the form
