For WordPress based websites
1. Get your form as a WordPress plugin.
OK, you have already created your HTML form with our form builder and you have pre-viewed it. Now click on the “Get your Form” button.
We will ask you for an email address where to send a download link. Enter your email address and click on “Send”.
Go to your mailbox. You will find an email containing a link to download your plugin. If after a couple of minutes you don’t see it in your inbox, check your Spam folder, perhaps your internet provider thinks it is junk mail.
Click on the link and download your plugin.
2. Upload your plugin and activate it.
From the WordPress plugin menu click on “Add New”.
Instead of searching for a plugin you can directly upload your plugin ZIP file by clicking on Upload. Use the browse button to select the plugin ZIP file that was downloaded from HTMLform.com, then click on Install Now.
The plugin will be uploaded to your website and installed. Make sure that you click on Activate the plugin, now you have installed your form as a WordPress plugin.
3. Get your WordPress shortcode
Access the plugin’s settings to read the code needed to insert the form (e.g. [htmlform_id45D78])
4. Publish your form
Insert the short code: (e.g. [htmlform_id45D78]) in the post or page you want
